What is RTS?
The Red Tie & Stilettos Initiative founded by Jodianne Murdock in 2017 is designed for anyone with ambition and a burning desire to grow within the company they work for, start their own business or expand on an existing business.
The initiative started as a one day symposium hosted by Media Mogul Debbie Bissoon at the Moon Palace in Ocho Rios Jamaica with a panelist of young entrepreneurs, a keynote message from Donovan Watkis, fashion show, entertainment and a short performance by Agent Sasco. The aim of the symposium is to promote growth while networking and having fun.
On year two the event grew from a one day to a full weekend of events at the Riu Ocho Rios Resort to include an All White Beach Bonfire Party with a fire ceremony lead by Donovan Watkis, the signature RTS Symposium with our Panelists, Keynote Speaker Tyrone Wilson and performance by Headline Artist I- Octane and we completed the weekend with our Coffee & CEOs morning session with Gary Matalon & Debbie Bissoon.
Our guests had the option of checking in for the weekend and take advantage of all events hosted at the resort or attending on the days of interest.
For our third staging it is our aim to continue to provide avenues through our three day event themed “Collective Energy, Shared Vision” that will inspire, motivate, entertain and also give our attendees the opportunity to unwind between our events at the resort.

We provide mentorship through the RTS Membership Program and assist young entrepreneurs in showcasing their new businesses while providing guidance. Jodi has been doing a series of motivational presentations across the island for schools as well as corporate companies.

Our Who’s the Boss Competition awards a cash prize to an aspiring or existing business owner who successfully pitch their business plans to RTS Team and achieve votes on their video proposal through our social media page.

Meet Our Founder
Jodianne 'Jodez' Murdock always knew she wanted to be an Entrepreneur and started her 1st business at the age of sixteen (16). She is the owner of Five Time Award winning company Zedoj Events and operates the business with her husband Kenito doing local and destination weddings. They are the exclusive Floral, Decor vendors for Moon Palace Jamaica and have also done many corporate events which includes multiple events for the United States Embassy in Jamaica and also decor for the Reality TV Show 'The Real Housewives of NewJersey'.

During her years of travel on the the cruise lines as Shore Excursion Manager she was told that she would be very successful by the age of thirty two (32), but Jodi admits that she only started feeling successful after launching the RTS initiative in the same year she reached that age. RTS provides her with the perfect opportunity to help others to grow, achieve and aim at becoming successful both with personal goals and professionally.

She is the recipient of the 2019 St. Ann Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur Award for exemplary Service & invaluable Contribution to the Community.
​
When she isn't planning and executing events she is motivating others through her social media platform as well as the many motivational presentations that she has done across the island for schools and corporate businesses.
Jodi is also known on the Auto Scene as she is a Car/Race Enthusiast who unexpectedly drives a powerful Mitsubishi Evolution X which both her the car were recently featured in the Bank of Jamaica's Low Inflation Strategy Advertisement that went viral across the world.

Though Jodi has a busy schedule operating her business and a mother of three energetic children Myah-Lee & Morgahn and Matthieu, she still finds the time to assist many in becoming successful and chasing their dreams of growing.

The RTS Initiative has become her passion as she experiences waves of emotions throughout the years as she grows the event and assist many wearing their Red Stilettos and Red Ties like true bosses.

All White Beach Bonfire Party
The 1st of three events kicks off on Friday night with our All White Beach Bonfire Welcome Party.
​
This drink inclusive event is the perfect start to the weekend and great way to end the week by the Bonfire with a Fashion Show, Music and a Fire Ceremony as we release negative energy to move into a great weekend ahead.
​
Dress Code is All White Beach Attire with Flip Flops, Sandals or no shoes at all.
​
